The inspection delegation first visited QiFuYuan, where they observed on-site the sorting of goji berries, vacuum-pulsed fresh-locking drying, aseptic packaging, and finished-product inspection and warehousing. QiFuYuan holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 22000 for food safety, FSSC 22000 for globally accredited food safety systems, and HACCP for hazard analysis and critical control points, thereby establishing a standardized system for end-to-end risk management. Moreover, its diversified portfolio of high-value-added products—ranging from dried goji berries and freeze-dried fresh goji berries to goji berry puree and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces—received high praise from the delegation, which noted that its technological expertise provides valuable reference for extending the industrial chain of Haiyuan’s goji berry industry.
